The new UAE LABOR LAW as an employee

1. All contract must now be limited to one, two, or three years.


2. If you decide to leave your company during the probation period to join another company you have to serve 30 days notice but if you decide to leave the country, then you only have to serve 14 days notice. 


3. You can only carry over your unused leave to the next year if your employer allows it. Otherwise, you have to use your unused leave within the same year of entitlement.
