If you get terminated from your job the first thing that will happen is that you will receive a termination letter from your employer. This termination letter could be given to you either by hand or by email. If you were on leave at the time of the termination then the notice period of the termination will begin the day you came back from your leave. Also keep in mind that the notice period for termination can be minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days depending on your contract.
