3 IMPORTANT LAW IN THE UAE

 If you are living in the uae here are 3 laws that you need to know.

No.1 : The cyber crime law

        The unlawful disclosure of personal data could lead to a six month prison sentence and a fine of between AED 100,000. The New Cybercrimes Law also makes it unlawful to monitor, disclose or hold the location data of individuals without consent.

No.2 : The landlord and tenancy law

         90 days notice. Tenants and landlords both have 90 days to cancel their tenancy agreement.RERA also requires landlords to provide 90 days notice when raising the rent.  

No.3 : The federal employment law

         The law prohibits forced labour and discrimination on the basis of gender, race, colour, sex, religion, national or social origin or disability. It also spells out employees obligations towards employee.The law applies to all employees working in the uae whether UAE national or expatriates.
