LABOR LAWS
This collection of legislation is designed to provide an up to date answer to the increasing demand
from many sources for information in English concerning the various Labour and National Insurance
Laws.
In this edition, two Basic Laws have been included for the first time: "Basic Law: Freedom of
Occupation and Basic Law: Human Dignity and Liberty".
The provisions of the law itself are set out in the book without the interpretive commentary and case
law that sometimes accompanies it.
I hope that it will serve as an important tool to help with knowledge of the Law and consequently to
the accessing of the sources of those rights that are enshrined in its provisions.
